1. The adjustment method is: first turn the data thickness adjustment dial clockwise with one hand, and pull the material tape with one hand. Tighten the locking screw. If the data cannot be pulled, but the data thickness adjustment dial is relatively loose when rotating clockwise or counterclockwise, you need to use your fingers to rotate clockwise slowly and quietly, but do not use strong force until it can’t rotate, and then rotate two small cells counterclockwise. Tighten the locking screw. The same is true for fixing clip adjustment
2. After adjusting the thickness of the mobile folder data, you need to turn the punch flywheel clockwise to 90 degrees, during which time you need to check whether the mobile folder has always been clamped. Adjust the material thickness of the fixed clip at 90 degrees, first turn on the main switch of the clamping and releasing of the feeding clamp, place 1.5T of data on the thickness adjustment plate of the moving clip, hold up the material of the movable clamp without clamping the material, and then Pass the data through the fixed clip, then turn the main switch of the feeding clamp clamping and releasing to off, and then adjust the thickness of the fixed clip according to the method of adjusting the thickness of the moving folder.
3. After adjusting the walking distance, you need to turn on the main switch of the feed clamp clamping and releasing, remove the data placed on the thickness adjustment plate of the movable clamp, and move the punch flywheel to the upper mold and stripper plate. The guide needle enters the lower mold. When the float pin hole is 2/3, adjust the feeder relaxation time.
4. When the straight section of the guide needle is about to leave the material belt when the punch is shaken through 180°, it is necessary to check whether the fixing clip is clamped at the moment. If it is not clamped, adjust the data to the clamping state according to the loose adjustment method.
