Post processing of disc spring forming

    (1) After the disc spring is formed, it must be heat treated, that is, quenching and tempering, and the number of quenching must not exceed twice. The hardness of disc spring after quenching and tempering must be in the range of 42~52HRC.
    (2) The depth of delamination on one side of the disc spring after heat treatment shall not exceed 5% of its thickness for disc springs with a thickness less than 1.2mm; for disc springs not less than 1.25mm, it shall not exceed 3% of its thickness. %, the minimum allowed value is 0.06mm.

    (3) All disc springs should be pressurized. The treatment method is: one-time flattening, the duration is not less than 12h, or short-term flattening, the number of flattening times is not less than 5 times, and the flattening force is not less than 2 times of F (f=0.75h0). After the disc spring is subjected to strong pressure, the free height dimension should be stable. Under the test conditions, its free height should be within the specified limit deviation range.

    (4) For disc springs with variable loads, the inner cone surface is recommended to undergo surface strengthening treatment, such as shot peening.

    (5) The surface of the disc spring should be treated with anti-corrosion (such as phosphating, oxidation, galvanizing, etc.) as required. The disc spring after electroplating must undergo dehydrogenation treatment. For disc springs subjected to variable loads, electroplating should be avoided.

    (6) The surface of the disc spring is not allowed to have burrs, cracks, spots and other defects.
