    1. Qx-w350 microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine is a test equipment for measuring mechanical properties of materials. It can be used for testing tensile, peeling, compression, bending, shearing, bursting, piercing, fatigue and other items of metal, nonmetal and polymer materials.
    2. Technical description: the microcomputer controlled electronic universal material testing machine uses the latest control technology. The servo motor is controlled by the original AC digital controller of Panasonic in Japan, and the synchronous belt is used to make two pairs of high-precision ball screws move the test bench. The test bench can run at the speed of 0.001mm/min-500mm/min. In the force source, the original imported high-precision tension and pressure sensor is used. Its accuracy is up to 0.02% and the sensitivity is high. The whole system can reach 0.5 level accuracy. The effective force measuring range is 0.2% to 100% of the maximum force value. The speed accuracy is within ± 0.5% of the indicated value. The displacement accuracy is within ± 0.5% of the indication value. The deformation measurement accuracy is within ± 0.5% of the indication value.

    6、 Mechanical structure
    1. The frame structure of the testing machine is composed of two high precision ball screws. The full digital AC servo motor driver of Panasonic is used to drive the ball screw with high precision and no gap to move up and down through the reducer of Taiwan machinery and the synchronous gear belt of Japan. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, large rigidity, stable loading and good stability.
