Skills of metal stamping die design
What are the skills of metal stamping die design? Seeing through the design principle, all the complicated things are orderly and simple. From the complexity of the Mid Autumn Festival, the soul of our creation now, however difficult, is formed by simplicity. The time everything is composed of the initial dust, and the complex design drawings are all composed of the original points, lines and surfaces. It is the so-called seeing through everything and starting from the beginning is a dream.
    1. When punching and blanking. Generally, punching small holes first, then punching large holes: first punching the waste materials around the forming area, and then dropping the remaining materials in other parts. If the small hole is placed behind, then there may be a gap in the corresponding material belt around the punch. In this way, the punch will cause uneven stress in the stamping process. Originally, the strength of the small hole punch is very weak, and the stress is uneven, which is very easy to break However, this is only in most cases. Sometimes, according to the actual situation, the small hole punch can only be arranged at the back, but there are still some methods. If the thickness of the punch is too small, it can be reinforced: A. use the precision guide of the stripper; B. use PG processing for the punch.

    2. To determine whether to use trimming: trimming is generally used in continuous die and blanking die, its function is to rough positioning, which is convenient for feeding during mold test; some trimming also has the function of punching shape, if the mold first punches the positioning pinhole, and then guides it with the guide needle immediately, it is generally not necessary to cut the edge; if there is no guide needle, the edge should be cut first to fix the distance, which is generally used in the blanking die of blanking embryo.
    3. Hardware stamping die design process: generally, first cutting, blanking, pre breaking, pressing line, punch, tear, then punching blanking, burring, forming, bending in two steps, first forming half, then forming the other half.
