In the production of various solar stamping parts, the application of the die is to ensure the quality of the products, improve its productivity and reduce the cost. Therefore, only the correct design of the mold, the selection of reasonable mold structure, but also need to have high-quality mold manufacturing technology as a guarantee. No matter which method is adopted, several elements should be met:
1. High manufacturing precision is necessary for the design and manufacture of high-quality solar stamping parts and the skills of the mold. The precision of the mould is mainly determined by the precision requirements and the mold structure. The mold structure has higher requirements for the cooperation between the upper and lower dies, and the parts that make up the mold must have enough manufacturing precision.
2. Long service life moulds are expensive process equipment, so in addition to small batch production and new products, solar stamping parts
In addition to the special cases such as trial production, the mold is generally required to have a long service life. In the case of mass production, the service life of the mold is more important.
3. The short manufacturing cycle of manufacturing cycle is mainly determined by the level of manufacturing technology and production management. In order to meet the needs of production and improve the competitiveness of products, the manufacturing cycle of die must be shortened as far as possible under the premise of ensuring the quality.
4. The low cost of die is related to the complexity of die structure, mould material, manufacturing accuracy requirements and processing methods. The mold technicians must design and formulate the processing technology reasonably according to the product requirements, and strive to reduce the cost of mold manufacturing.
The above four indicators are interrelated and mutually influential. If the unilateral pursuit of die precision and service life will lead to the increase of manufacturing cost, it is not advisable to ignore the precision and service life of the die only by reducing the cost and shortening the manufacturing cycle. Therefore, in the design and manufacture of the mold, we should consider it according to the actual situation, that is, on the premise of ensuring the quality of the products, we should choose the mold structure and manufacturing method suitable for the production quantity of the products, so as to minimize the cost of the mold.
