In the first step, there are three ways to degrease and deoxidize stainless steel springs:
1. Immerse the stainless steel spring into a plastic container containing metal cleaner A diluted with clean water (the ratio of cleaner A and clean water is about 1:1 or 1:2), and the time is to recover without oil stains and oxide scale on the surface of the spring. The natural color of the metal is appropriate and the soaking time should not be too long. Take it out and wash it with water. In this way, the surface of the stainless steel spring has a matt effect.
2. The ratio of cleaning agent to clean water in the ultrasonic equipment is about 1:30. The time is appropriate for the spring surface to be free of oil and oxide scale to restore the metal color. Take it out and wash it with clean water, so that the surface of the stainless steel spring can reach matt gloss. effect.
The above two methods are suitable for high-precision springs.
3. The cleaning agent A is put into a vibrating polisher with coarse abrasives and springs or in a hexagonal roller (the volume ratio of spring to coarse abrasives is best 1:3, and the amount of cleaning agent is 1%-2% of the spring weight ) After grinding and polishing, rinse with clean water, the scratches on the surface of the spring are gone, and the surface finish of the spring is improved. However, this method is not suitable for springs with high precision and easy winding.
The second step is to polish the stainless steel spring:
Put brightener B into a vibrating polisher or hexagonal roller with coarse abrasives (the volume ratio of spring to fine abrasive is 1:3, the amount of brightener B is about 1%-2% of the spring weight, the longer the time Longer and brighter) After polishing, take it out and rinse with water to dry, so that the surface of the stainless steel spring is as bright as nickel plating and will never fade.
