The problems often encountered in the processing of drawing parts are: the shape and size of the drawn products do not conform to each other, which is mainly caused by the inaccurate spring and positioning.
The causes of surface strain are improper material selection, low hardness of heat treatment, poor finish, wear of die fillet, poor surface quality of bending blank, excessive thickness of material, unreasonable selection of stamping process, lack of lubricating oil, etc.
Cracks appear in bending, the angle between bending curve and rolling grain direction of sheet metal does not meet the requirements, material plasticity is poor, bending radius is too small, pickling quality is poor, lubrication is not enough, fillet radius of punch and die is worn or gap is too small, quality of shearing and blanking section of drawing blank and material thickness dimension are seriously out of tolerance.
The solutions are as follows: the drawing shape should be as simple, symmetrical and one-time forming; the workpiece that needs to be stretched several times; the side wall of the drawing part should have a slope; the fillet radius of the bottom and wall, flange and wall, and the four corners of the rectangular part should be suitable; the scale mark of the drawn part should not be marked with the internal dimension.
