Where is the customer audit stamping plant?

Where is the customer audit stamping plant?
For production-oriented enterprises, efficiency, capacity and quality control often determine the cost performance of an enterprise in the same industry. Through the details of the production site, we can see the management level of the factory at ordinary times. Any big problem is the result of many small details that have not been handled. All the problems can be found from the scene. In this regard, Toyota has proposed a 5WHY analysis method.
Heju stamping plant often has the project or purchase of famous brand enterprises to audit the factory, because most of them know our company through network channels, so it is necessary to inspect the factory before cooperation. After many brand enterprise’s audit factory, we also summarized several experience.
    1. On site atmosphere
At the scene, we can first intuitively see the most real employees’ mental outlook. The high morale employees will be in sharp contrast to the sloppy and indifferent employees. Talk to the workers on site, and you can get an important first impression from their facial expressions and body language, because these directly reflect the workers’ mood and satisfaction with the factory. If the workers are highly engaged, the efficiency will naturally be improved, and the quality of products will also make people more confident. Corporate culture plays a very important role here.
    2. Space utilization and layout
Many factories in China are very happy. The bigger the workshop, the better. As a result, the utilization rate is very low, and the layout of equipment and processes is very scattered. In addition to wasting space, a lot of unnecessary material handling is also carried out in the factory. However, most of the factories in developed countries are not so spectacular or even a little cramped, but the space utilization rate is high, and the circulation efficiency is also very high.
    3. Site standardization
The standard is the best state and unified execution reference. Without standards, there is no way to implement, there is no focus for improvement. There should be many standards in the production site, including operation and quality standards, 5S and safety standards, operation and maintenance standards, process and rework standards, safety stock standards, etc. Many factory sites have SOP (standardized operation process), we can observe whether these standards have missing items, whether they are easy to implement and whether there are breakpoints in the middle. Check whether the writing, speaking and doing are consistent, and whether the quality control points are highlighted with eye-catching signs or colors.
    4. Quality control
The on-site observation should pay attention to the treatment of the defective products in the workshop. A good factory will expose the defective products, paste a conspicuous red label or set up a defective area to remind and warn the production department. It is not that as soon as a visitor comes to visit, the defective products are directly piled up in the waste area to show their good quality. After all, quality is directly related to profit.
    5. Visualization
It includes organization and standardization of workplace, visualization of outcome indicators, visualization of standard work, visualization of control indicators, visualization of automatic error prevention and error correction, alarm mechanism, etc. During the visit, attention should be paid to various visual tools.
    6. Tool and equipment status
In a good factory, the equipment is clean and well maintained, and the equipment related information is clear at a glance and updated in time. In the processing workshop of a stamping plant, a card should be conspicuously pasted on the side of each machine, recording the model, purchase date, price, supplier, maintenance record, maintenance record, etc. In addition, the daily check list should also be complete, including the maintenance records of the machine, hidden dangers, and even solutions to problems found before.
When visiting the die assembly workshop and production workshop of Heju company, customers usually directly ask the employees how you operate this process, such as the inspection process of quality assurance department, the processing flow of defective products, and the inspection of incoming materials. Because using PPT to tell customers our process is different from that of customers themselves.
